She makes me look good doesn't she?? 😂💖 Kata @coachkata is even more beautiful in the inside than she is outside!! . It's so easy to get caught up in the comparison game. She's tall, I'm short. She's blonde, I'm brunette. She's super fit and I'm curvy. She has an exotic Hungarian accent and I have New Yawk accent. But what happens when you compare? You begin to think I am not enough. When you think "I am not enough" you begin to shame yourself for no reason. . In turn that would keep us girls from making friends with other girls. What a terrible waste that would be because my friend Katalin is kind, sweet, caring and beautiful - just as a friend should be. It doesn't mean I wouldn't love having her eyes but I'm very happy with me and I'm even happier having Kata as a friend in my life. Setting out for a night of excitement here in downtown Nashville. First the FearlessVixenFitness team is gathering with Team Shine all for the very first time !!! Then we are going to Nassau Stadium for the Beachbody #CoachSummit2016 Opening Celebration. I'm being recognized as an All Star Legend and we have special seating on the field!!! I can't wait to watch Jayme and Kristine on stage. I'm so proud of my teammates and I'm loving being here ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️😂

I had the semi permanent lashes done today and I really love them!!!!! She did my eyebrows and added in some more purple extensions. It felt SO GOOD to be spoiled at a hair salon. It's not a shallow statement. It's been a very long time in coming. The little things can mean so much and I'm excited to head to Nashville for Coach Summit and not have to worry about makeup!!!!!! #PaparazziReady all the time? Yes please!! I'm going to be taking lots of pictures when I'm there. . A HUGE thank you to Gina at @luminez.salon for taking amazing care of me today. This is a beautiful brand new salon where I followed my gorgeous stylist @helerose4 and was welcomed into a new family. It was difficult to transition from the family that I love from my old salon in Brooklyn. It's just too far and I miss them but I'm grateful and happy to have found a fantastic new home 💖. #PiYo #drench this morning in my backyard. It's the closest I will come to the sweat and the heat of my hot yoga studio. It feels so good to be drenched in sweat! At the same time it feels to to stretch and feel alive. It's always a reminder to #LoveYourSelf first. Let go of anything that doesn't serve you well. She is literally my oldest friend in the world. We met in 1978 and did a double take because we looked like sisters!! No matter how much time ever passes it's like a day has never passed at all. . We ate and drank craft beers and drinks at our friend's soft opening of his new restaurant in the village. We enjoyed the food, fantastic beverages and delicious desserts. The best? The hugs and he laughter. There's NOTHING like watching your friends succeed and here's nothing like spending time with good friends ❤️

Our little ones met at a toddler gym class as they just turned 2. When you take your kids to these classes you never know whom you'll meet. Bella and I hit the jackpot when we met Mary and her daughter Casey. We've been friends for 8 years and our friendship goes stronger every year. FACT: The world is a better place is much better when THIS healthy and happy version of myself is in it!! .
