PESTO CHANGE-O 🥗 . My mom brought over a crazy amount of Basil which means Pesto Sauce!! This is Basil walnut Pesto and it's Leftover just like the chicken from Tuesday night's dinner. All I did was place it on top of arugula with tomatoes, peppers and mushrooms. Added a drizzle of EVOO and avocado on top! What did you eat for lunch? . #LunchIsServed #GetInMyBelly
