I can't wait to go home, hug my family, sleep for 8 hours and ATTACK THE DAY TOMORROW!! This girl is fired up 🔥 for family, friends, life and HELPING PEOPLE - which is what I love to do most. Hell, I even help people crossing the street when they're lost. Can't help myself!! 😄 . Most of all I'm working on me - helping myself. My friend Valerie said to me (appropriately for the coffee lover) you #CantPourFromAnEmptyCup and I no longer will. Health, fitness, nutrition, family, work, responsibilities, the future - taking care of me will help me with everything else. Wouldn't you agree??
