Two years ago today was a Sunday. My doctor called while we were at Bella's soccer game. "Can you please come in this afternoon?" "No I can't come in today, it's Sunday. I'll come tomorrow." "Anne Nicole you come today." I don't even remember hearing my diagnosis. I saw the pathology report which read "Invasive Ductal Carcinoma". The rest of what I heard sounded like the teacher on the Charlie Brown specials. My first thought was of Bella and that nothing was taking me away from her until I was GodDamned good and ready. I look back tonight not with sadness but with a renewed source of energy and conviction that cancer can never win. Every time I look back I will only see how far I've come. I think I'm finally ready to pay it forward and help my #PinkSisters get through the process like a #Badass. We are not victim to our circumstances unless it. A very good friend of mine said "You are not a victim you are a vixen". That's how a fearless cancer vixen is born. Hey Cancer, Kiss My Ass. You messed with the wrong Chick. #SurviveAndThrive #breastcancerawareness #breastcancerawareness #photofy @photofyapp
