T-Minus 10 Days Til My Birthday #BikiniBound It's been an up and down battle. Age, mess, stress, fatigue. Picking up the weights and increasing my activity level has helped. Less than two weeks left in my 30 day challenge. Progress Report: 🎀Down 4lbs 🎀Down 2" in my waist 🎀Down 1.5" in my hips Can't say I've been great with food but I've been better. It's all about progress not perfection. Im taking it one day at a time and one month at a time. But my jeans fit so much better I had to check where I stand.
