Day 25/30 .... It's all about progress not what the fn bitch of the scale says. Increasing my workout and activity time. More aerobics on top of the weight training. I'm so sick of this back and forth yo-yo crap. Change comes with changes. I changed the routine but it wasn't enough. Kicked ass on three workouts today. I needed to release so much frustration. Lots of re-evaluating of my goals and action items to achieve them. I'll find the balance. Someday!!! Sweet dreams or good morning. You are AWESOME and don't ever forget it!! #photofy @photofyapp
