Bella joined me as I did the #3WeekYogaRetreat day 1 today. Let me clarify - she watched while I practiced yoga. Maybe someday she will actually join me. I know she does yoga at her dance studio. . It's just nice to have company when you're in the basement. It's a wreck down here but it works. I loved the #BOD yoga !!!!! It's really awesome. I am going to keep a journal on FB if you're interested!!
