Always do three things each day towards your goal. . I have this allergy/sinus:cold like thing going. Taking a 2 mile walk with Jazzy helped. Off to do some yoga and P90X while I have the energy. . Sometimes it's difficult to look at the overall goal. Other times it's easy to fall into the dark side of making lists because we focus on the first thing that comes to mind instead of the important thing to be done. Today I will choose three things that will help me towards my goals: 1. workout . 2. Speak to all my challengers in my HealthBet Challenge personally. Their success is important to me. . 3. Listen to personal development. I'm listening to Daring Greatly by Brene Brown. I love this author because she reminds us constantly that we are ENOUGH and to not shame ourselves. I love that! .the rest of the day will come as a frenzy once Bella gets out of school. Dance tonight too. Here we go!!
