SWIPE TO SEE THE RECAP. Phase 1 COMPLETE ✅!!! 7 days on target!! Most meal prep was complete yesterday right down to making pizza πŸ• with Bella. Nope I didn't have any. Yep I wanted to have at least a nibble!! . It's spring break and Easter this week. I'm prepped and ready for it though and not letting it take me off course. We go see Beauty and the Beast today again. Yayyyyyy. It's now my favorite Movie. Have you seen it? . So that's challenge number 1. Breaking the popcorn habit. Challenge number 2. More pizza and popcorn tonight for Bella and her friends. Though I'm not too worried. I've eaten at regular intervals and haven't been hungry at all during the #UltimateReset. I miss my afternoon espresso sea salt. I don't love pink Himalayan salt except that it doesn't make you retain water πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚. . Eye on the prize: we leave for Punta Cana in 19 days.
