I'm feeling great that I haven't had a four year old mentality nor have I flipped up the "fuck it" switch. That's what has sabotaged my goals for the last year. . Planning and prepping were major factors. I'll be cooking dinner tonight but enough for two more meals this week. . Best part? I'm not hungry!! I am enjoying food like I haven't in a long time ❤❤
