Everyday is a good day when I can #pushPlay (#p90x3) get on my mat #yogaEveryDamnDay. Today was even better because I got to walk the boardwalk with a friend I haven't seen in a year. This is jones beach and I'm reminded that it's a blessing to live so close. It's easy to get caught up in everything that needs to be done everyday. . I'm taking in life one breath at a time.
