The reality of cancer is you’re never really “done” with it. I love my medical team and I love my hospital #MemorialSloanKettering but it takes love, strength, prayers and some good juju to squash the anticipation of a negative follow up visit with any of your doctors, scans and tests. . I choose #LoveOvwrFear while walking in y purpose of being Ali e and healthy and spreading awareness. My passion for health and fitness continues to allow me to bring good health to so many others. . I was given the chance to fight cancer and not only survive but thrive. I refuse to squander the chance to live a full life while worrying about what may or may not come. That doesn’t imply o don’t have my doubts some days. Sometimes you wonder why something hurts or if a cold is just a cold - but I continue to have #FaithOverFear and keep moving forward. Life is too short to do otherwise. . 1:8 women will be diagnosed with #breastcancer and that means a woman in the US is diagnosed EVERY TWO MINUTES. If you want that chance to #SurviveAndThrive then you better #CheckYourself and #getChecked. Schedule not only your #Mammogram but a sonogram too. . I don’t want anyone to go through it but if you do I pray it’s early and with me you’ll never have to go it alone. . #4YearSurvivor #BreastCancerAwareness #PinkRibbon #BCaStrength #breastcancersurvivor
