Be Your BEST self. . Yoga. Exercise. Eating right. I treat myself these days instead having cheat days. What does that mean? It means I enjoy certain foods (and wine!) as a treat without guilt. I've kept this good balanced through the holidays and finally ditched the horrid excess I gained before then. I feel better, I'm not binging and I'm #strongereveryday!! . Don't forget to Smile and laugh often 😍😄😘
