#TenaciousTuesday . It's 90 days til my 47th birthday. Sometimes I feel like a speed demon on the downhill to 50. Instead of putting on the breaks I'm going to hold my head up to the sunshine, let the wind blow energy into my heart and kick ass along the way. . Last night was 1/90 of my new fitness journey. I'm more determined than ever. Thank you all for inspiring me to stick with my goals. Your progress has fueled my fire 🔥.

My Friend. My Mentor. My Confidante. Words cannot express the love and gratitude I have for Kristine for this amazing totally spoiled weekend. She wanted to give back to her diamond coaches and challenged us to qualify for this weekend in Dallas. Food, drinks, fun, massages and our own hotel rooms in beautiful Plano, TX. Abby and I had an incredible time with Kristine. We laughed and laughed and laughed - we even talked shop a bit but it was awesome just to have girl time. Neither one of us had met Abby prior to this weekend !! But I love what I do so much because of how it brings people together and the beautiful friendships that are born!! . Kris and I have known each other for nearly a decade and by the end of the weekend it felt like we have known Abby that long too. It was really hard to say goodbye and nearly impossible to express thank you's for being spoiled. It's fueling s nice fire in my belly. Two more sleeps til my 💎 Diamond Retreat in Dallas!! Kristine (Team Shine) is hosting a diamond getaway for her diamond coaches - we had to qualify for this one and Abby & I will be in Texas on Friday morning!! I'm so super excited!! . Do what you love. Be passionate about what you do. It will never feel like work. I've been in fitness for 20 years. These days I'm also a virtual coach and mentor wit Beachbody. I followed @fitfashionmom Kristine down this path four years ago because it was an amazing opportunity to bring health and fitness outside the gyms and studios I worked in. I'm blessed and grateful for being able to continue what I love to do most (help people succeed and be healthy) while building a business for the future. Along the way I've met some incredible people and this weekend will be so very special ❤❤ I'm so so so excited!!! It's time to SHINE!!!

YOUR GOALS DON'T CARE HOW YOU FEEL 💥 I've been through so many ups and downs in he last six months. It's taken a long time for me to realize that no matter how I feel, happy, sad, tired, stressed - my goals could care less. My focus has been on the goal - MY HEALTH - 1st and foremost. I'm happy to say that there's been major changes since August. It truly comes down to the small daily changes in lifestyle that make the difference. I learned to listen to my body and watch how it reacts to everything. This getting older thing has proven challenging but I have come to conquer my obstacles. Yoga, very little processed foods, cutback on white floured carb, increasing fresh fruit and hydration has been beneficial to me overall. Better yet? Going to the doctor and following up on everything when things don't make sense. Stick to your goals. You are worth it!!! #CARPEDIEM #FitAF2017 #NeverMissAMonday #NeverGiveUp
